Notes
This a very early George Bahr key because it doesn’t have the “& Co.” that began when J. Adam Zimmerman joined the company in 1872. That’s the same year the Louisville, New Albany & St. Louis was formed.
These early Bahr keys are very light colored brass – it has to be something about the alloy he was using at the time.
